I've Completed My High Grade Washington Quarter Set

After nearly 5 years, a lot of searching, a lot of buying, a lot of being so pickey I made some dealers mad, and paying some big bucks. I've finally completed my high grade GEM BU Washington Quarter Set. The key 1932D is an AU58 in a slab, and the semi-keys 1934D and 1935D are in slabs from PCGS. I also have the complete set of state quarters including proofs to date.

Nice set. Hope to complete mine someday. I'm probably not being as picky as you are. I've been working on mine for about 6 years now. Been straying from it a little though.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

  • Thanks everyone for your kind words and support. Its been a ton of fun, and thats what its all about. I'm very close to finishing three other GEM raw sets, in fact the one set I only need one coin and its in the mail. My newest set is a high grade Mercury Dime set. I've already gotten all of the 1940's dates and MM, and about half of the 30's. I'll be venturing into those twenties dates soon enough. I'll post pics when the next set is done. Enjoy.
  • Excellent!
    Those look really nice.
