Sorry this is the best photo I could take. The toning on this morgan has very irridesant and prooflike surfaces under the black toning.

I hope you mean NGC instead of PCGS.
Actually I am going to cross this to PCGS. The coin is in a NGC holder that has the long label that is deterorating, even with the seperation line in the holder, I think the holder will still keep toning this coin.
edited to add: JrGman...This coin was very difficult for me to photograph. I will see if I can get a better image in the next few days.

I would doubt very much that the "Holder" will tone that coin - it already has a very thick "skin" of silver-sulfide on the coin - probably from many years in a mint bag - and now that it's out of that sulfer-laden environmentthat toned the coin, it is unlikely that it will continue to tone.
