1983 Vachon Gretzky PSA 9- Answers my question.

I wasn't sure if PSA graded these because if you hockey collectors recall, they came on a two card panel that would need to be hand cut.

    they also came from the factory as singles so they can/would be graded without the hand cut designation. i would guess it doesn't matter if its a mint 9 or a mint 9 hand cut?
