I burned a quarter this morning to see if it would tone, it just got a little hot. Okay, it got really hot.

They just heat 'em up ? I've never tried AT'ing a coin. Any chemicals or ?

(maybe it's better to not answer. I wouldn't want to contribute to someone 'doctoring' coins)

Using a technique vaguely similar to the one I used to AT these? Note - These were AT'd for educational purposes only. I recommend doing this so you have a reference set of obviously AT'd coins.
