It's a real shame but I can't say it's a shock. Whenever someone gets mixed up with the things he got involved in, bad things are likely to happen. He went to my alma mater (SJSU) so I always followed his career more closely than most players. With Christopher Reeves also passing away, it was a bad day in the entertainment world.
