"Sweet" addition to your set! Russ takes great pictures doesn't he? His pictures help sell his items at good prices. Good prices for him that is. Ha, Ha. Lee

Just kidding!!!!
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

On a related note, while I was sorry to see them go, the sale of my Two Cent Pieces helps to confirm the adage that if you buy nice coins you'll usually do okay. Overall, they actually brought a profit above what they cost me over the last couple years. Not any kind of "you suck" profit, but it's nice to be able to enjoy the hobby and make a little money at selling time.

You took Russ' sloppy seconds? Just kidding. Very nice example. Congrats on the new addition.

I'm at work now but will post some pics tonight, the obverse is a nice deep red-brown like cherrywood, the reverse has a sort of woodgrain effect, with a rich golden periphery and darker brownish centers. I agree that it's strong for the grade, in fact, it's soon to be a raw MS63

I think I captured the essence of this coin just a little better than Russ did!
The book's in the bank, so the breakage of the slabbage will wait until next week (I've got another sweet upgrade on the way anyway, check out this pcgs barber quarter:

I have a Whitman 2-volume type set (my "B" set) that receives coins that were bumped out of the Dansco.
Coins that get bumped from the Whitman get either sold off or given away.
Reminds me, 5000 post giveaway is coming up pretty soon here!
