A question for the Proof silver Roosie crowd.

So I just won my second (out of a pop of 40) PCGS PF70 1962 Roosie on ebay. It's kinda ugly with spots, but I'm going to get it grade guaranteed, so it doesn't matter. My question is this, does anyone out there know why there are zero PF70 CAMS or DCAMs for this year?? NGC doesn't even have a PF70 listed at all. The only other 70s I ever see are all ICG (I own 2 myself), and there seem to be too many of those for me to believe their grading is legit.
