Please help identify Silver Round?

This copy coin has a diameter of 1 &13/16 " or 47mm and is not so designed to fill out a set of halves,--is it silver--who makes it (not Gallery Mint, etc.) edge stamped 7057 and otherwise reeded. I would appreciate help if anyone is familiar at all with this "Walker" dated 1916.
