  • Large cents come with overdates in 1798 (2 dies, 3 varieties), 1799 (1 die, 2 varieties), 1800 (6 dies, 11 varieties), 1807 (2 dies, 2 varieties), 1820 (3 dies, 3 varieties), 1823 (1 die, 1 variety), 1824 (1 die, 2 vaieties), 1826 (1 die, 1 variety), 1833 (1 die, 1 variety). (I'm working from memory, I may be wrong on the 1826)

The 1800 that you picture is NOT one of the the 1800/98 varieties (there are four of them, all from one obverse die). The other five dies are all 1800/179 All six dies were originally produced in 1798. At the end of 1798 there were eight unfinished obverse dies on hand, 2 with full date and 6 without the final digit punched in. One of the full dated dies had the first hair style, the other, and the partial dated dies, were all of the second hair style. One of the full dated dies was overdated in 1799 and one of the partial dated dies had a final 9 punched in as well. The other full dated 1798 die was overdated in 1800 and used to strike the S-190, 191, NC-5, and NC-6 varieties. This die was the one with the first hair style.
