Take a look at these assigned grades, the close up pics are even worse.....amazing!

Those pictures are absolutely terrible--some, especially the ANACS one on the bottom, have had color settings heavily played with. I can't believe those images are near accurate--they exaggerate marks and diminish lustre.

PCGS & NGC allocates a certian number of overgraded dogs to be released to the public just to annoy you dragon.
Those are really rough looking. I wouldn't have a66 with those kind of major hits. The only one that looks ½ way close to the assigned grade is the 85 CC and it's way off.
Heritage's cheap internet no return auctions attracts the problem coins because they won't sell anywhere else.

Exactly--and you are charged a restocking fee for returns to boot! That's why I avoid the Heritage internet only auctions like the plague!
