Question on conserving and grading a coin??

I detect as hobbie,I usually don't find anything of great value.Recently I was hitting a sidewalk that was torn out and found 3 seated dime's.
2 of them I would like to see about getting conserved and graded, and was wondering would it be worth it to do??
The date's on these 2 dime's is 1860s and 1863 w/no mint mark.I know they have been dug so they would not be graded the same as a coin in some one's collection. The liberty stand's out in the shield's and they show very little wear, other then being in the ground.Any help would be appreciated.Thank's,Tom

Could be sent to ANACS for grading as they wouldnt body-bag it for `eviromental damage`
    if that were the case.
    Cool finds.
    Got pics?

about conserving: there are as many opinions on what to do with such coins as there are collectors.
good question would be: what would you do to conserve a found coin that was in the ground for
    quite a long time perhaps.
me, i might just soak it in a mild soap just to break up the dirt and rinse with water, trying not to rub
any leftover dirt into the coins surface.
    but thats just me.
    others could defer.
