I feel like posting a coin, so I might as well make it a newp I just ordered today. This looks like one Stuart would appreciate:

The details on the devices look unc, especially the reverse. How does the luster in the fields look?

Don't have it in hand yet. It looks like one of those coins that has a gentle, uniform grayish patina that thinly coats the whole coin, but where the luster will jump out in the light. We'll see. It was one of those Heritage "JH Exceptional" coins. We'll see -- their pix aren't the best, but this one looks like a winner.
[EDITED to add: I first saw this coin last night on their site as a new purchase of theirs. Their asking price was absolutely *outrageous* so as much as I loved it, I passed. Today I did my usual search to look for other stuff...and I saw this one, with a lower (presumably corrected) price almost half off from what it was the night before. The new price was VERY reasonable for a PQ coin like this one, and I snagged it immediately.]
My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

<< <i>Super looking half! Liked your website as well, that ex-Eliasburg 3c silver is sweet. >>
Thanks. I got the trime from Dennis at Jade Rare Coin. She's a beaut, ain't she?

<< <i>Good pickups. Gotta love AU58 -- it bears repeating. A few years back I sold my only nickel 3c, in ANACS MS60 -- and your 3 center looks a *world* better than that poor thing did, in terms of luster, strike, and wear. Beautiful half, too. >>
Thanks. There's a reason I don't collect MS-60s.
