And there are those coins that these same folks are not sure of and won't take the risk. At this point they stick their head in the sand and insist they are bad.
Coins can tone in so many ways and for so many reasons.
All toning is questionable in my opinion but the value is what folks will pay to own it.
I don't see anyone offering any in the $200-$300 range either.
