1984 silver trade unit warning large scans

I keep trying to get the best image I can with my scanner,these are pretty good 600dpi just to big .I don't have photo editor to resize is my only option to decreasethe dpi to a managable size? Oh I picked a couple of these up at a garage sale for a buck each are they worth any more than silver content. If any one wants to see the scans they are loaded in the testing fourm.
