Got mine in this time, but you need to get it done earlier in the week. I'm not usually checking the boards on weekends.
<< <i>Why are some picking Houston, even Berman...No WAY MAN! >>
They are playing on the road at Reliant Stadium on grass. Here are some stats -
Minnesota away vs any opponent on grass in any month.
Minnesota was 2-18-0 SU and 6-13-1 ATS in these games.

In the past 4 years, they've won 2 out of 20 on the road when on grass. Don't get me wrong - they are better than Houston, but don't be suprised if Houston wins.

7 out of 12 so far. I've seen worse. Why didn't anyone else give Detroit any love?

You picking the Texans over the Viking's though was just a bad pick!
<< <i>And cornholio, your picks this week weren't that great either. But there were definately some surprises, who would have thought that Detroit would beat Atlanta(glad they did though), or Tampa beating New Orleans. Weird week!

At 6-6 my picks are looking crappy. I didn't see the game but it looked like the Texans played well at the end. In the past, the Texans have gone for two at the end of games to either win or lose on that play - I thought they would have. If they did, they had a much better shot of winning.
The Falcons have historically played poorly when heavily favored. It doesn't make sense, but it held true again today. This team has scored a combined 16 points against the Cardinals and Lions while scoring 61 against the Rams and Panthers (in Carolina!).
Since you are a Vikings fan, why were you happy to see the Lions win? As a Falcons fan, I'm constantly cheering for whoever is playing the Panthers, Bucs and Saints.
