No , looks more like a turtle wax and buff job to me. This seller has a lot of other exceptionally bright coins listed. I just wanted this one for my bodybag type set.
Looks possibly lightly polished - but the way the lighting is positioned could give it that look - Hard to pick up those characteristics from just an image -

The detail on the breast is there, but the coin has good luster but the obverse has lots of hairlines plus look at the shadows in both images. Something is screwy!
It's off. I'm not entirely sure how, but it's off. Whizzed or buffed, perhaps. It just doesn't look right, though with this picture it's hard to tell for sure. It could be anything from net XF to MS-63, but net AU-50 at best if it's been messed with by buffing, polishing or whizzing.
