does anyone know the bidding break down amounts?
below for example (may not be accurate)

.01 to $1.00 ..................bids are in 1 cent increments

$1.01 to $4.99 ..............bids are in 5 cent increments ........and so on.

can anyone link me to the chart that has the break down?
