For Internet Only auctions, within 24 hours, online. Email arrives almost immediately after the auction ends, Tuesday evening, and online invoice posted Wednesday on their web site. I pay by Credit Card and usually have the coins by the following Monday or Tuesday.

My experience is the same as Barry's for internet only auctions. Even though I pay by CC, Heritage still sends an invoice to me by mail. Usually the invoice comes 3 or 4 days after the auction closes (Tuesday). And so far every coin has arrived about Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. So far, very efficient.

I usually receive my invoice about 4 days AFTER I've paid for my item.

I've gotten an invoice 2 weeks after my check cleared.

I've also received my coins, twice, before I paid for them.
