What is the coin that has the First men on the moon dates 1969 - 1989 $5 piece on the obv and Republic of the Marshall Islands w/date 1989 on the rev? and are they collectible? I have one that is in a seal.

A lot of the smaller political entities issue collectible coins and stamps as a major portion of their income. It's relatively cheap to do and the profits can be enormous. You frequently see them advertised on television. They do make a lot of them, though, so most will probably not be considered rare. I'd ask around on the dark side and see if anyone there has any production figures.

I looked that one up in my Krause catalog. It seems the Marshall Islands (in the S. Pacific, near Bikini) produce many commemorative coins. Krause has that one listed at $3.50 in Uncirculated condition.
