If you mean will they accept coins submitted with the coupons you get for signing up and paying the fee, yes they do. However I wouldn't call them free. They are included in the cost of signing up to be able to submit. I submitted some at FUN two years ago while signing up and interestingly enough they met the grading deadline.

Better yet you can get them graded while your at the show- but it will cost you. mike
