Winged Liberty MS 66 because it is really hard to tell the difference between a 66 and a 67. The 66 is a much better bargain for the look that you get.
Sliders all the way for me. Ya know, the ones with a tiny bit of rub with perfect, original surfaces and some remaining luster. In other words the kind of coins that are impossible to find but generally aren't that pricy when you do find them.
For investment purposes and the thrill of an upgrade, MS64, by far. When buying raw coins this is particularly true. I've made many raw purchases that were graded MS64 by the person selling them and had them certified as MS66's. Some MS67's even. For collecting, and the sheer beauty of coins, correctly graded MS66-67. A nicely toned type coin in these grades is astonishingly beautiful.

Most of what i collect (early to mid 19th century type) I like the AU-MS62 range for the best eye appeal-to-value ratio.
Very early US type (pre-1808) I like VG-VF, coins that worked for our country when it was young.
Such as these noble coins
early circulated silver, man those coins talk of their experiences in my imagination.
Modern coins, I like in Gem BU and Gem Proof, Ms or Pr 65-66 is plenty high for me, i don't shop for no top pops.

This was sort a vague answer but the series has many coins that can get very spendy even in 64 for a collector on a budget.
