Planchet Defect on this Draped Bust Half-Dime?

I was just perusing through Heritages auctions tonite, and as usual stopped by to look at the Half-Dimes... and I saw this 1801 Half-Dime, graded MS-60 by PCGS... I think AU58, but that's not the reason for this thread... I was just wondering about that little bit by S3... kinda looks like a cut on the coin if you look close enough, but there is nothing on the Reverse in the corresponding position... what do you peoples think? Damage? Planchet Flaw? Something else? Thanks for your answers...

Actually, planchet defect would be my guess. That is still a mindblowing coin.
Explanation of obscure "crab claw" joke. I killed that thread.
I don't know what PCGS was thinking on that one.
