    All I know is what I heard from one of the defendants on this board a couple weeks ago, and they said the process was still waiting for all of the defendants to be served.

    I picked up a piece this weekend that may get me on their list. It is an old Accugrade "opinion" flip. It has the company name, lists the coin, and gives an opinion on the grade. The insert is signed by Alan Hagar. But the coin is not sealed in the flip. It does not say anything about authenticity. Which is probably good since the coin is counterfeit.
