The PCGS slab sealer broke my coin :(

I received my error coins submisson back today, only to find that one of the deep die cap errors had been put into to narrow of a slab. What looks like a piece of wire down inside of the die cap is really the upper top of the cap that has been broken off and now sits down inside the die cap. The top of the die cap originally had no tears or seperation in it whatsoever. Also the outside rim was dented in two places (by the date and by the word "Liberty").
