They are regular issue cards cut from the individual 132 card sheets. They are loosely packed at approximately 8500 cards per case so you should get approx. 65 of each card in the case (65 x 132). The condition usually isn't the greatest because they are packed on their sides rather than 500/box (regular vending). A lot more corner and edge wear than regular vending combined with the regular problems (ie. centering, print dots, etc.) with the issue depending on the year.
