Help on 1995-96 Finest Mystery Bordered Refractor

Just picked up a PSA 10 Shaq for well under $200. Beckett annual guide has it for $1,000 in mint (ungraded). Are these cards not as rare as once beleieved? Were more cards "found"? Any experts out there on these 95-96 basketball cards?

Thanks "max"! Very informative and explains the price on the PSA 10 Shaq. Anyone know how many Shaq's were graded to get 2 PSA 10s?
