I have 3 coins from Prussia in the 1500's and 1600's. Will they grade these at PCGS, anyone know?

You pretty much have to call customer service and ask them.

I have coins from Germany/Saxony dated in the 1500s and 1600s that PCGS has graded, so I see no reason why they wouldn't grade your Prussians.
In fact, the only reason I've had PCGS turn down an old foreign coin for grading was that it was too big to fit in the holder (over 45mm).
When in doubt, don't.
