It's not an AU, it's an EF, and it's corroded. It is, however, a Breen 2376 TPD, which is rather scarce. In that condition, probably worth about $30 to $35. If it weren't corroded, probably about $60 to $65.
I'm curious as to why the coin is black, but the pic of the date is brown.
Focus on the 4 for a minute. There does not appear to be any trace of a repunch on the black coin like there is on the brown date. They are clearly different coins.

The pic was shot inside the 2x2. The closeup was shot outside the 2x2.
