Seated Half & Quarter -- ideas on grades?

Went to a little coinshop in Lancaster today -- PNS Coins and Collectibles. Great shop. See Rich if you go. I heard DesertRat hangs out there! They just got a nice collection of seated quarters and halves in yesterday so I was able to pick these 2 up for my Dansco Type Set.
Any thoughts as to grades. The quarter looks a litte washed out in the pic but is a silver/gray color in hand. Neither appear to have ever been cleaned.
Thanks
Michael

Looks like we are all on the same page with these. I did think the half might make AU-50 on a very good day.

I was hoping the 1875 quarter was going to be a CC.

Wow. Me too. Pretty interesting how consistent the responses are, plus or minus one grade at most.
Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
lathmach caught the MPD in the denticles as well. I think it might be a new discovery. I have to report it to CONECA and see what they say. Great eye though.

The quarter looks a touch better than a VF 35. Looks EF 40 to these old eyes.
I'd buy halves all day long that looked like that as EF 45.
