Hard to tell from that pic darktone, you should be able to tell by the strike though, the lettering, stars, rims, etc, and by the overall finish of the coin.

I'd say PL based on the photo.

I always say based on the photo, I don't know why. What else would I base an opinion on when looking at only the photo?

I believe I would also be inclined to say PL based on the image provided, realizing of course that nearly nothing can be determined by an image and....kaff, kaff.....thereby requiring me to wish that I could base my opinion on something to base it on.
