I added two tough dates recently - an 1895 PCGS AU58 and an 1897-O PCGS XF45. Especially the 97-O - extremely tough to find.

Two beautiful coins, although I have to admit the 95 is one of the nicest AU's I have seen.
Congratulations !

Coin collecting is not a hobby, it's an obsession !

now you need a 1905 micro o !!!!!!!
stewart
Stewart, I have an 05 micro O graded by ANACS as an XF40. I'm not fond of it though. The grade seems generous and the eye appeal is not there - it's on my upgrade list.

As a fellow Barber Fanatic, I'm interested hearing about your set. Are you trying for an XF-AU set? Slabbed coins only? Must be lustrous? What coins are you missing? Gimme details and I'll keep an eye out for you at the shows I attend. Send me a PM if you like... grades/prices. I'll add your stuff to my small Want List I keep for fellow Barber Crazies!
Nice coins although I dont think the pics really show the true nature of the coins...lots of red tint....
Dont know what happened to that 1895-O that I had slated for you...the guy never came back to the shop..
