I don't think any of the 1822 half eagles or the 70-S three dollar are Uncs.

If the 1870-S $3 can have a graffiti-like 3 digit number scratched on the reverse and still be unc, then it might be unc. I don't think it was ever spent as $3 cash, so, technically... then again, it wouldn't "slab" unc.
