Help on a bust half variety

PCGS has pop information on the 1820 Sq 2 large date no knob with a PCGS coin number of 6123. Is this the variety that would qualify in the Registry for bust halves as "no knob"?
The reason I ask is because with little research by the graders, most 1820 dates just say Sq 2 Large date, for the Sq 2 variety. They do not say with knob or no knob. I have now seen 2 coins in PCGS holders that use the PCGS coin number 6122, and the 2 is no knob. It should be number 6123.
The Sq 2 Large date with knob is O 105 and the no knob is O 106. It is easy to see the difference between the 2"s. But PCGS seems to use the coin number 6122 for both varieties.
Am I missing something?
