Just Checking .... (Lightside)

Been a while since I updated my US collection...... Can anyone tell me if any of the following JFK halves & Sac dollars are available via general circulation, or if all are only in rolls/mint/proof sets? If the latter, anyone have any to trade? Thanks!

I know that some of the more recent halves were mint set-only, and I believ the Sac dollar is too, although I'm not certain. Nonetheless, it always takes a couple of years for them to get into rolls. Try a WTB ad in the U.S. BST forum.

    Dave,

All the coins you listed came directly from the mint in mint sets, bags, or rolls (i.e. no general circulation). You might want to put a request in on the BST forum because a number of members bought rolls and bags which they opened in search of high grade examples. Thus, they probably have a lot of MS 60-63 material available.

I believe that the 2002, 2003, and 2004 p and d halves were not realeased for circulation. They also have extremely low mintages.
As for sacs I believe that thet werent released for 2002, 2004, and 2004. Their mintages are also very small.

I have a few 2002 Sacs that I got from circulation.
