of the Jefferson nickel and tell me the overall number of different obverse/reverse designs there will be!?

This year had two new reverses.
Before that, it hadn't changed since its inception in 1938.
After 2005, there will be a new obverse and new reverse, but the reverse by law must still show Monticello.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
