Anyone Else's PCGS Submissions Taking WAY Too Long To Get Back AFTER PCGS Said They Were Shipped?

I have a submission that they said was shipped 9/16 (# 9028790) & it's still not here

Have 2 more shipped 9/21 - same! They said nothing they can do until 15 days has gone by (10/1).

I got mine back in two or three days got them last Fri so mine seemed fine

I never noticed before.
They ship them, then later I receive them.
No big deal to me.
