David,
First, I just want to say thanks for all the extra time you put in answering questions like mine.
Recently, I attended the Long Beach show with 133 coins to be submitted, at PCGS, to be graded. I approached the helper at the table expecting to get the reduced rate on the large amount of coins. She told me that I had to have prior approval from a lady (I think Debbie?). I submitted 33 of the coins and took the rest home.
What is the procedure to get a reduced rate for large amount of coins? I called a week earlier and they said that they couldn't tell me over the phone.
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
We really appreciate orders of 133...or 33...or even 3 coins.
But we have customers who individually submitt 500 to 2000 coins at a show. We are stuffed to the gills with coins at the shows.
At home, we're doing over 100,000 coins a month...also stuffed to the gills. Because we are over-subscribed...actually having more business than we can do at the current prices we charge...we don't give discounts.
Thanks,
David
