purchased set on ebay - no seller response - please give advice.

I recently won a fairly hi priced set on ebay and the reserve was met.
The seller has not/will not contact me with payment instructions. I have followed up with him, asking
for details on address, etc.

I really want to see the deal complete.

1. Do I, as a buyer, have any retaliation to make him complete the deal? (It seems that the seller is always protected)
2. If I do then how should I go about it?
3. Should I just let it go?

Thanks for your help.

    Ebay Link?

A few Ebay Id's are auctioning high-end sets that are bogus.

  • As long as you are not out any money, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It sounds like you are paying by check/money order. If they accept paypal, you may want to go that route so you have a chance to get refunded if they don't ship (just make sure you file a claim within 30 days of payment). You could also try sending them emails through eBay as well as independant of eBay (AOL, MSN, etc.). That way, there should be no excuses for not receiving any contact. Other than that, just be glad you haven't already sent payment and can't contact them! image

You can file a non-response watchyacallit and get his phone number.
    Sometimes voice-to-voice solves problems.
