I got my 2 negs removed by eBay

On 9/15 I pissed off a scammer and I had two items (non-coins) listed for sale. He bought them both using a couple of his other bogus eBay (0) accounts, then left me two negs the next day.
They canceled his coin scam auction and NARU'd that ID. I explained to eBay what happened and sent eBay the emails and told them the story, but they didn't care much.
The two bogus bidders had fake contact info, so they got NARU'd

Also glad you got the best of that loser.
Dave
that's ...suprising? How long, and how many emails did it take to resolve?
They only removed them because they couldn't verify the ID of the users, not because of the retalitory actions of the scammer.
In between they sent me this message after they said no they wouldn't do it and I asked for the email address of their supervisor.
I'm still waiting for the Unpaid Item Dispute to go 7 days so I can get my final value fee credit, even though they are no longer registered users.
Thank you for taking the time to write eBay with your concerns. I'm
happy to help you further.
I have had a chance to review your case with my supervisor. There are
some circumstances where we will consider removing a feedback comment.
While the feedback comment would not be removable based on the reasons
you requested, some of the removal criteria still may have been met
based on the invalid contact information of the member who placed the
comment.
However, due to the possible legal implications involved when removing
feedback comments, we must use extra caution when reviewing these cases.
So, every comment that meets preliminary qualifications must also be
sent on for final evaluation before removal can occur. If the comment
meets the requirements for removal at this point, it will be removed at
that time.
Please check your feedback profile in approximately 10 days. If the
comment has not been removed by that point, it would indicate that the
final evaluation found that the comment did not meet the necessary
requirements for removal as outlined in our Feedback Removal Policy
found at:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-removal.html
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter, and
wish you continued success on eBay.
