    Not to me they don't, it's a problem coin IMO, I would look elsewhere. JMO
  • Not sure about the color or natural surface, but from the last coin I had graded by PCGS it's F15 not VF

  • If you are buying the coin for resale, if you can get it closer to Fine money than VF, then you have a chance to make a buck. If you can't, don't go for it.

    The coin looks cleaned or the photographer is doing funky things. My 2 cents for
    whatever it's worth (maybe 1 cent)
