I have to say 63 due to the dark marks on both sides. I think the fields on a 64 should be clearer than that.

I'm gonna say the big mark on reverse keeps it from being a 65, and all the marks in the front fields keeps it out of 64. Not marked enough to be a 62 - so that leaves MS63.

Funny thing about peace dollars, hits on the field can be more distracting than hits on the cheek or the eagle. Almost the opposite of Morgans (at least to me)
