What the heck happened? Can anyone share the 'real' story beyond Barrons article about unclear cash flows between GMAI and their 70% Spanish owner?

Some negative press from Barrons cratered this today 20% on 5x normal volume.

I do not normally follow this stock, but it is not unusual for a negative Barron's article to result in a sharp drop in price for a stock the following Monday. It appears that GMAI is a small cap issue with a thin float making the price drop more dramatic. I have not read the article, but I will read it tonight and report back.

I know nothing about this stock, but as a collector I'm confused as all get out by all the reshuffling the last few years.
