1883 - Racketeer Nickel Repunched Date - Whats its grade & worth?

I was looking at my old racketeer's nickel over the weekend and found it kinda matches one in The Cherrypicker's Guide FS # 5¢ - 013.7 in that it has the exact same bar within the bottom of the 3, but only has a ghostlike figure of the bar in lower left of first 8. Mine also has doubling below the 1. What should I do with this? Here's large pic:

Was also looking through some other nickels I had and found 1921-s, 1924-s, 1926-s, a 1930 5-legged buffalo (FS#5¢ 017.5) and a 1955-D/S (FS#5¢ 034). Not a bad weekend at all.

What grade is this nickel and what is it worth please?

I most certainly is not the FS 013.7. I will have to check my references to see if it is a known variety. I suspect no premium for the RPD. Not sure of the value, probably in the $10 - $15 range.
