I was recently outbid on a similar coin at the Heritage auction. It was described as BU,and realized $460 + comission.

Mac, no, no more NGC for me for a while. PCGS perhaps, because I have the 4 freebies, otherwise I would have kept it as is.

As both a seller and buyer, I say yes. But when selling and someone hits my BIN within a few hours of the listing, I can't help but think the BIN was too low.
