Can you keep pedigreeing coins even if you dropped out of the top 5? (Update)

Once your set is pedigreed, if you drop out of the top 5, can you continue to pedigree coins in that set?
For example, if you upgrade a coin?

This is the correct answer. I've tried to talk them int doing a pedigee for an upgrade at a show for the $10 fee, but so far no dice.
$20 for a MS70 and $5 for anything less!!!
That is MS70 discrimination...

I know I started this thread over a year ago but here is an update:
At the time I started this thread you could keep pedigreeing coins even if you dropped out of the top 5.
FYI Now you can NOT. You must remain in the top 5 to continue pedigreeing.
