Scam/advice post/thread to sticky?

Just curious if it's possible to 'sticky' a thread so that it's always on top of this forum, that would include advice to newer collectors, scams to avoid, etc. etc?
Seems we run across a lot of these scam type threads, and I think they'd be of most help (especially to newer collectors) if they were all in one place. We could even name the thread 'New to collecting? Read this first' or something similar. That way a lot of those out there preying on the lesser knowing will not have as much opportunity.
Perhaps someone starting it off with a post about what types of behaviors and activities to avoid (on ebay as well as storefront dealers).
Just a thought...what do you all think?
