SMR question

In the SMR online,can someone tell me what it means when it is in red with a minus.....Roger Clemens -18 in red and 94' SP A-Rod-105 also in red.When filling out the form,should I still use these values? Thanks

that means they have decreased in value since the last SMR, and yes use the newest values, although those values are just for insurance reasons incase your package is lost/damaged

A red minus indicates that the value has decreased since the last update.

The minus means the market has softened for that card since it was last updated in 1998.
