New coin shop in town...

Driving through the town where I work, I noticed a ne coin shop and went in. Nice guy behind counter, knowledgeable, talked for a while, and felt very comfortable there.
I spotted a 1812/1 bust half in a corner of his display, in a green pci holder, grading f15 (10 digit serial number) noting small 8 and an overton number which i cannot recall. I have no expertise whatsoever in this series, but it was an attractive coin for the grade.
the reverse seemed much stronger and showed less wear than the obverse, is this common for this series? forgetting that it is pci graded, what should one expect to pay for a coin of this type and grade?
I then noticed some roosevelt dimes in old, brown album pages. There were 25 1961 dimes, and the crazy colors that were displayed were absolutely amazing! The pinks, electric blues, violets and purples found on all twenty five were beautiful. i would say that most ranged from 65 to 66, but there were some that could go 67, and most appeared to have crisp split bands. He offered me the lot of twenty five, but I am afraid of what pcgs might say about the toning. The album pages were very old, and in great shape. Should I take the chance, what would you pay for 25 superlatively toned 1961 roosevelt dimes?
your comments are greatly appreciated,
Jose

How much, and where is the shop?

But, that's just my opinion......The bust however, seems like a decent addition.
Hell, I don't need to exercise.....I get enough just pushing my luck.
I used to visit a shop in town that was open for a few years back in the late 80's . Only reason he stayed in business was because he was selling off his fathers collection on the bid board. He was totally lame on grading. I picked off a LOT of 64 and 65 Morgans for under $20. Don't assume that because he owns a coin shop that he is an allstar grader. There might be some real good deals to be had..

If you pass on the deal, I'd appreciate a pm with some contact info.
the 25 dimes were 300.00....and the boards do look like the wayte redmond pages mentioned. if they all grade 65, would they be worth 12.00 each on the hope that some would come back 66fb or maybe even a 67fb or two in the lot?
