Jeremy emailed me a PM the other day saying that he had written an article on his adventure to the Smithsonian. The article is on page 34 of Numismatic News, issue: 9/28/04.
Well written article. Congratulations.
Oh, by the way the SI is looking for one of their 1804 silver dollars..............

I also think it's fantastic that the SI allowed Jeremy (and others ) to help out. "Fun", "historic", and "mind-blowing" are all insufficient adjectives to describe the time we spent there. I'd call it "surreal"!

No actually that's what happened the next day when he visited the Air and Space Museum. I heard he tried to cut a piece from the Wright Brother's Flyer as a momento of his trip!

So you're the one responsible for taking this exhibit away. How could you?
I just finished reading the article. Congrats on a job well done.
AND WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE A TAWL BODYGUARD WITH YA!! DC can be a dangerous place to be.

I've got connections Seriously, though, I owe the opportunity to Andy Lustig (MrEureka) and Jim Hughes of the Smithsonian.
