Need a little help attributing this one.

Best I can tell, the coin is from the Sisca mint and was minted during Valens' rule. I'm unsure what the A and star in the right reverse field represent. The reverse motto, although well abraded, appears to be Glory to Rome? Any assistance would be appreciated.
